The Wellness Baddie Packing List

For my fellow wellness baddies, here are some packing essentials to add to the list in preparation for your next travel destination. P.S. this is not a comprehensive list, just a few things to add to it!

Eating different foods & drinking different water can impact the flora and gut bacteria that regulate digestion. Taking a probiotic when needed can help to maintain your healthy gut bacteria.

2. Advil / Ibuprofen

Purchase & pack Advil/ Ibuprofen/ Tylenol cold & sinus medication (in case)/ Gravol / or any other medications before leaving to avoid the hassle and higher cost of buying them while you're there.

3. Packing Cubes

Stay organized when you're limited to a backpack or suitcase by dividing up your clothing categories/ accessories/ toiletries/ important documents etc. Packing cubes can be easily found on Amazon or online, just make sure that they don't have a wire that makes it tough to be compatible in a bag. Another cheaper alternative to packing cubes is thick freezer-style ziplock bags.

4. Multi-Vitamins

Amazing for covering all your bases in one vitamin throughout your trip. Even though it's a vacation, keeping up your general health is always a priority!

5. Slick Back Product & Fine Tooth Comb

A good slick back pony or braid is my go-to hairstyle at all times, but especially in a hot place when you may not have as frequent access to a shower, wash, and blow out your hair... this hair-do can be your savior! I swear by this Kevin Murphy Defining Anti-frizz cream, along with a fine tooth comb and eyelash brush to make your slick back extra smooth.

6. A Pair of Kitten Heels

Packing shoes can be a difficult task when you're limited in space/ weight, but you never know when you might want to spice up your outfit to that next level for a dinner or night out. Aside from your go-to pair of sneakers that you'll wear every day, kitten heels are the perfect smaller yet super cute compromise to fit in your pack xx

7. Wet Wipes & Sanitizer

These truly save the day on countless occasions. Traveling through airports, taking the train, or even just being out for the day... they can be essential!

8. Hydrating Eye Masks

New time zones, long travel hours, and nights out can start to show so I like to keep some trust eye masks on hand. Our friends @wellnessforbaddies on Instagram have recommended these Party Recharge Hydrating Hyaluronic Under Eye Masks found at Sephora xx

9. Cross-Body Fanny Pack

The perfect lil pack to keep your phone, wallet, and any other important things you'll need close by throughout the day safe, accessible, and in your line of vision at all times.

10. Student ID Card

Particularly across Europe, there's lots of discounts offered to students! So if this applies to you and you're also a wellness baddie on a budget, be sure to bring your student ID along to take advantage of this!
